About me

Hey there! My name is Gerald Foster and I hail from the resplendent parish of St. Catherine, residing cosily in the old capital, Spanish Town. I am an Accountant by profession who graduated from the University of the West Indies, Mona, where I double-majored in Banking and Finance and Economics. I am a strong Virgo (August 29, 1993, now you know my age) who always has something to say in a discussion, especially on topics that directly affect my well-being, like economics, politics, law reform, culture, etc.

I am from a family of 9 siblings, my dad has 7 seven with my mom and 2 otherwise while my mom only has 7. I am the "wash belly" for both parents of course (in Jamaica, a wash belly is the last child for a parent). And this means that I am spoiled rotten. My favorite colors are purple and orange, and these have absolutely no political affiliations. I stand 5'11 with the voice of an angel, or at least that's what I think- tall, dark and too handsome for my own health. Of worthy mention too is the fact that I've been diabetic since age 15; eat healthy and exercise, don't get diabetes, it's no fun, it's a drag.

I'm really nice to talk to but I don't talk much. If you met me in person I won't be the first to speak to you because I'm an introvert who only speaks when spoken to. I'm a good keeper of secrets so you can say anything to me and I always have good advice.

My hobbies include short-story writing, singing, acting, public speaking, swimming and trying to cook. Yep that's me. If I left out anything that you'd like to know, just drop me an email by selecting CONTACT from the left bar on your screen.

I'll hear from you later in our discussions. Thank you.
